Good morning guys, I’m having a bit of a mind blank moment.
If I start work at 5am on a Monday, can I start work at 4am the next day if I’ve had my 11 hrs rest in between?

Yes you can.

If you’re working to EU regulations a new period of 24 hours starts when you’ve completed a daily or weekly rest period regardless of the time.
