Hi Guys
I’ve managed to get myself all confused with what the law requires now regarding the carrying of previous tacho charts.
Could someone please tell me what is the absolute minimum and the absolute maximum number of charts a driver should have with him at any time?
Thanks guys

Right. I assume that is calender days, and not 28 days of tachos spread over 3 months, say?
Ta ever so.
So thats between 28 and 42. hadn’t realised it was that many.

Just to be pedantic, coz that’s what I do, it would be day 43.
The delivery period is the period of 42 days starting on the day after the latest date to which the document relates .

I’ve long given up contesting what he says.
My excuse is that I put them in an envelope for the missus to post off to the agency, and that it fell behind the telephone table.
Cheaper that way. Them’s ■■■■ stamps are expensive.
