Cant say Im a fan of the song (not my cup of tea) but obviously some like it or it wouldnt have sold.
I also agree that its a good cause BUT…what is the thing with all this media coverage of Help for Heroes and similar charities for the Armed Forces.
Ok they need help (which HM Govt should give but thats another story) and I havent got a problem with helping but no-one else gets a look in.
There are thousands of smaller charities doing excellent work all over the UK but many of them never get as much as a line in any paper, a mention on any Tv or Radio, in fact many charities are unknown except for the dedicated few that support them.
I’m sure that HfH is doing excellent work but with all the media coverage surrounding it many smaller charities are missing out on funding.
