Anyone traversing Wales next week and intending on passing through Aberystwyth, or rather, trying to stay outside it and using the A44/A487, be aware that the access road from Llanbadarn to Morrisons is closed. I suspect all traffic would get routed via the center of Aber itself, probably past the train station!
Theoretically you could take some of the back roads via the industrial estate on the outskirts, Glanyrafon, but they’re not really suitable for artics 
although someone could have tried to widen them since that flatbed got stuck a decade or so back 
Alternatively, another possible would be to go via Ponterwyd and Devils bridge and along that way. The prescence of those pointy hill type things are such a sod for navigation aren’t they
