As a general rule of thumb, a microwave generally draws about twice as many watts as it produces microwaves. ie a 600 watt output microwave will draw close on 1200 watts.

“Power / Wattage 1500 watts”

has anyone got an idea of how much a inverter costs then?..not much info here sofar.
please could the o/p have the decency to video the initial switching on ceremony so we can all share the fun in watching the microwave melt every wire in the truck backwards before setting itself on fire.

Just seen on eBay item no. 231507013056 600w microwave with inverter £199.99 brand new
so its not £150 then??

We know, but microwaveexpert keeps dragging up every old thread on microwaves and inverters, hence my question " whats he selling and how much"
well who knos,he might be selling inverters for £150 quid…i think thats the price of them,but not much info about prices here sofar…
