microlise

the company use microlise to check how we drive fuel used and time worked, can the office alter there computer to make the driver look worse than he is and dose it make mistakes like saying you have driven for 14 hours instead of 7 when you are only at work for 10.

Expect your boss is using the old trick of attaching a magnet to fiddle the microlise in order to get rid off you.Sorry.

We use Microlise where I work (I’m trained as a transport supervisor) and the system is ■■■■, we often have vehicles tracking in the North Sea, doing over 1000mph, open doors outside geofence and tracking trailers being pulled without a unit. It wouldn’t surprise me if it is saying you have driven for longer and used more fuel, however wouldn’t your fuel key/card show different along with your tacho?

The system has many flaws!

We don’t have a fuel card just fill up when back in yard they are all day runs, but on the wall they have a list of how all drivers are doing and i went from middle to bottom because of driving so badly which i didn’t.I have now done a print out of the day and it is showing that i drove over 14 hours and had no breaks is it my card or truck taco.I have worked after that day and it’s all ok but what happens if i get stopped by vosa.

Sounds like tacho to me , microlise can only report what tacho registers. we have used it for over 3 years and not heard of any problems like that just logging on issues
