Microlise

After a few shifts you should be able to get perfect A scores on Microlise as long as you use the cruise control for acceleration as habit. Unless of course you’re driving stop start around city centres all day you should be fine.

It’s apparently set at 80% for cruise control use, our guys testing it are trying to get it set to 50%. They’ve been getting C’s.

I think what is required is discussed with the particular client, so not all the same.
There was a category for ‘combined coasting’ at a place I was at before. You needed to be easing off and not in cruise control or braking.

Well we’re in the familiarisation stage at the moment and I’m hitting clean A’s across the board. That’s great news for me as I’ll be another £100pm better off. It’s easier to get into the A’s on microlise than 9-10 on fleetboard. I could only ever get 8-9 which in terms of our bonus is just £100pm. Getting B’s is the 8 equivalent.
That extra £100pm is already spent for the foreseeable future as one of our cats has just started monthly injections to ease his arthritis at £100 a pop

Nice one. I’ve found it’s just a case of putting the cruise control on as soon as you can (10-15mph) for accelerating and as long as you are not stuck in heavy traffic on a city centre delivery, you should get straight As.

I assumed for ages that it goes from A-F, until one day I got a G on something.

I used to get constant G’s for cornering! As I explained to the driver trainer who questioned it, it only happened when I was empty and also corners was where the fun was at!
