No idea of wages, T’s & C’s etc, but I will say that from what I’ve seen that they run modern, well looked after tackle and far more importantly you will never ever get overtaken by one! That to me says “we’ve got a good job with good wages so we’re gonna take it steady so we don’t screw it up”.
