Only a “marketing officer” could make such an inane statement with a straight face. Really, read it a few times, it’s absolute nonsense. Nonsense that’s lapped up by other equally beige-minded stuffed shirts who then buy into it and cause problems for everybody around them during the implementation process. Presently, another company comes up with another buzzword and sells that to the beige people. The implementation chaos starts again, and so it goes, around and around.
All anybody is ultimately left with is obsolete “fleet management” software and those really annoying stickers that tyre firms plaster all over vehicles they’ve worked on,like dogs ■■■■■■■ on lamposts.
Just for that, I’m never going to buy another Michelin tyre.
