I’ve moved your post to where it will receive more views and can be discussed.

Don’t worry yersen about it any more, out of the EU now so you can go back to logbooks and be doing as many hours as you like and get on a job rate bonus scheme, not sure about now but when on the log book before the fines for failing to make an entry were a hell of a lot less than making a false entry

I’d suggest getting yourself a diary to keep a record of what hours you’ve worked?

Regarding how much trouble you’re in, depends on how Mr/Mrs DVLA feel like shafting some one on that day

It sounds like you deserve a rest. Sorry I cant help with the regs, but I have done similar on the Taco.
Have a chilled run back tomorrow and enjoy your holiday.

Probs today when you read this, steady mate keep your head down, drive safely.

I reduced 4 times in a week recently to go to my lads football presentation on a Friday night, wasn’t planned but the m25 dealt me a bad hand and I wasn’t gonna let him down. In 9 years driving I’ve had 4-5 stops, I’ve always passed the attitude test and always explained any infringement as they download the card, had some craic and been told to move along.
Moral is don’t worry about it :sunglasses:

Bin it and get a replacement card.

As long as you don’t get stopped on your way back today it won’t be a problem.

You can expect an infringement at work but unless you work for a seriously strict company or you keep getting infringements it’s nothing to bother about.

While he’s at it get tested for memory loss

cheers for the help guys. i appriciate it a lot.

Just remember to do 2 printouts for the 4th reduction. Write on the back explaining driver error. Hand one to employer, keep other yourself. Like has been said as long as it is not a regular occurence shouldn’t be to bad - depends on employer’s attitude.
