convinced the employers they can move mountains with driver supply, its the driver
getting messed about as usual.i,am glad i never needed them while i was driving.

Just had a very interesting phone call. “I’m really stuck,they want you for the rest of the week guaranteed. I’ll give you extra £1per hour if you go in.” So I said, pay me for today and it’s a deal. So I’m in tomorrow.
I assume you got it in writing…? If not they’ll forget all about that conversation on pay day!!!
I’d always get a text or email of offers like that…amazing how their memory fades once you’ve done the job… 
I once drove from Liverpool to the Royal Mail hub at Coventry for a 3.30am start, it was January. First shift back afer the hols, all me gear packed in the car, digs expecting me at tea time, security wouldn’t even let me in, "sorry you’re not down on the list ". Should’ve seen the look on my face

I went from Porto to Oedchecked with Postcode on Map and its near Amstetten.But when i went down the Hill the Post Woman waited already for me.“Theres just one Kind of Lorry comming.For that Company!”
Yes,i replied.“You got the wrong Postcode!”
Every Week around the same Time comes a Lorry for Oed near Wiener Neustadt Thats 3 Hour drive
Once i went empty fromn Bari to Salerno to load Pomodori Pelatti,but the load was already taken by Huetter Transport who did know the Reference Number.He had to unload but now they didnt ggave it anyone to investigate whats on and i needed to go to Taranto to load Pelled Tomatos. Raffly 600 Kilometer 
Once i unloaded in Agrigento and had to drive over to Gallipolli to load Melones.Raffly 800 Kilometer
