1929 Leyland ex Mersey Tunnel (maintenance crane I think) parked up in yard at Somerset, able to be seen off M5, does anyone know any history of it??

sorry,i know nothing of this trucks history.all i do know is that it was parked next to us all weekend at truckfest south west in 1996.
