Looking on their website it appears OK for 5m height but a length restriction of 12.2 m. Does this mean that you can’t therefore take an artic through with a 45’ trailer or am I reading it wrong?

It’s also got a 38T weight limit, so you do the maths… 
That’s for rigids - it says in their FAQ that for combined vehicle and trailer combos its 18- odd meters

As above and as previously discussed at length here, artic is fine, even with a moffett on the back, as long as you are below 38t.
Search is your friend.
Funnily enough I had to pick a flt up from the Kingway tunnel maintenance sheds, go through tunnel and pay then spin around the roundabout back to the tunnel then keep left and back in towards the workshop, pick up the flt then filter out and pay again 
I hope our place banged it on the hire price lol.
