OK, here’s my question, I was given an 07 Merc Axor rigid a few months ago.
All I want to know is how do you reset the KM trip distance meter?
Its the one that records the KM’s trip distance, NOT the mileage/MPG and driving time one.
I’ve tried all the button configurations I can think of! I have asked Ryder to get hold of a user manual for me (The original was nicked when it was a rental truck) But no sign of one turning up as yet!

seems we both seek the same info, although different models, i expect the answer will be the same.
I don’t know if they are the same, because I’ve never driven an Axor.
However, on an Actros, to reset the trip meter, just above the total distance travelled display, in the speedo.
You scroll to chapter 1, page 1 of the menu display.
That’s a totally blank page. (1/2 is currant speed, 1/3 is date and time).
Then you press the reset button and hold it in for a few seconds, until the trip meter clicks over to all the 0’s.
At this point I reckon I’ll add a pic of my display, just for clarification of course!

Here’s the pic, the TRIP button resets the hours/MPG/miles counter only…not the KM’s
It seems logical to be able to reset the tripmeter at the (previous post) above screen, but no, you have to go up 2 screens to the one that displays your current speed and then press the “trip” button.
