I’ve just swapped trucks and have a Merc Actros. I opened the fridge under the bunk and whoooooooaaaaa!!! Stink!!! Does it come out for cleaning? Or best way and whats best way to clean?

Spray it with anti bacterial spray and leave drawer open for a while.
Never taken mine out to clean it. I usually dry it out with paper towels then clean all inner surfaces (including the lid) with multi surface cleaner followed by detol anti bacterial spray. Works well but, tbo, fridge has never smelt bad.
I do leave it clean, switched off with lid open whenever I’m on me 4 off though!
They don’t come out. Believe me we hade to have mine out to the wiring n what a job
