Just a general question really - has anyone who has undertaken a Lgv/Pcv medical recently had their forms returned by DVLA due to the incompetence of the Doctor not completing the form correctly??
Has this caused you inconvenience? How much longer did it take you to sort out your licence because of it?

Hiya i sent my papers to the dvlc one time…they lost the lot i had to get all the papers sorted again.
when i had a go at them, they said i should use recorded post. i asked why did’nt they send out a
5 year permit to drive recorded. the one i was sending in was almost out of date.
second question you said doctor filled out wrong. the quack charges to much, use doctor on wheels
next time they’re mobile(in a motorhome nr poplar services) they charge £51 and know just how to fill
in the papers. my quack wanted £120 he’s in Hawarden pain in the ■■■■.

Yea, when i had my medical to get my provisional entitlement . The doc made some mistake or other , i sent the form off only to have it returned a few days later 
Was mildly inconvienient as i was itching to get my license 
Luckily the docs house was only a mile or two away and only charged £40 for the medical .

Just had ANOTHER call from a customer regarding mistakes on medical forms, having organised a total of 23 medicals at one location on the same day, it would appear that the doctor has managed to â– â– â– â– up at least 3 of the forms (so far) which have since been returned by DVLA.
Not impressed at all 
- the last one has been returned because he didn’t sign the form in a certain place - i’m just wondering how difficult it is to fill out the same form over and over without making mistakes

Spoke to the company concerned ( yes they do specialise in this field) after the second mistake and was told everyone makes mistakes 
.
Will be calling them again tomorrow and better get some better customer service aaarrrgggghhhh.
Just shows how easily someone else can make you look unprofessional even when it is out of your control.
