I think they have closed that loophole Rog, I’ve just tried to do it online and when you come to the end of the form filling it says along the lines of “if you wish to retain your bus and lorry entitlement you must apply using the D2 form, if you don’t want to retain them then then click the proceed box and your license will be issued without them”
I have no pre-existing medical conditions to take into consideration, so that’s that.

I do not think they have as a friend of mine just did his by simply changing the photo at a post office which has the facility for doing it - try that route instead of online
