I got my provisional entitlements back in November. Does anyone know if and how long the medical lasts for? I haven’t got around to booking my tests yet.

age 45 or if over that then 5 years as you have already used it to get the provisional
I think it is only for 2 months if not used for the provisional

The D4 is valid for a period of 4 months from the date the doctor and optician or optometrist signs and dates it.
