I think - not certain - that its 2 months before the C expiry date on your licence
If you have not been issued a driving licence since October 2012 and are soon due a D4 medical then change the photo on it now even if not expired and get 5 years for your LGV = seriously

But me being thick, can you explain that , as im due my first medical at 45 ,july next year
