Hello Boyze, was this outfit once owned by Wally Balsdon/Southwest Crane Hire?? Used to see her about alot in the southwest, always looked mint.
No, it wasnt Wallys old one. It was ex Robinson from Sandy
in Beds. It had a small cab on but i bought the Globetrotter cab
from a scrapyard and fitted it on. Here is the orginal cab.
What happend to her Boyze? is she still about?
Truck & Trailer were sold to Demoulder when i got a new Daf XF95 and 2 bed 4 Broshuis Trailer. I did see it once making its way down the A34 with a flat trailer and a load of export cabs on, so i imagine she went out with the export load never to return… The reg was J608 UAW if anyone knows any different.
