if someones stalkin u its serious. i was stalked 4yrs [online at first ]ramping up to phone calls/cards but wasnt ever able to find out who .That rankled with me but i got over it
i learnt the best way to get rid of an stalker is never to contact them back, total ignore or you fuel the fire. Sometimes stalkers go on to kill their victims so its best to get free of them theyll have others in their circle of victims but long as you are out thats all you can do.
Nah…it’s only Nightline …I take it as a compliment.
If it makes him happy following me on here, who am I to discourage him, he’s harmless bless him, it’ll brighten up his life I’m sure, him having a virtual ‘‘mate’’.
Anyway I reckon it’s either Maoster or Beaver…despite what they tell me.
nah I reckon its dipper dave, and if it is for gawds sake get a room…

Depends how attractive he is.
I already know what Maoster and Beaver look like.

You do know that you dont have to use your own doctor for the drivers medical, my own doctor wanted £140 i got it done elsewhere for £48, no urine test etc. I f you havnt sent the form off yet i would be tempted to go elsewhere for a second opinion so to speak, new form etc
I would sooner pay more and get a decent medical that could possibly show a more serious condition that can or could be treated either by medication or surgery.
Blood pressure can be treated by medication and a change in your diet,it did with me. In many cases blood pressure is normal BUT a visit to a Doctor or Hospital sometimes creates what the medics call “white coat syndrome” which causes high readings. Blood in the urine may or may not be that serious as it sounds but why take the chance, after all saving a few quid could cost you more in the long term ie your life.

The stalker won’t be able to Identify you behind those curtains
,
although now he will be looking for every lorry with driver hiding behind them
My blood pressure was too high at one of my medicals, my Mrs bought me a treadmill,.I pounded the bloody thing until I got the bp down.
Problem is everytime I went to get it checked, the anxiety of worrying if it was ok caused it to rise (the blood pressure that is
)
I knocked coffee on the head for a few weeks also, which helped.
I have the same problem, but the doctor told me, if I lose a couple of stone, the blood pressure will fall, I used readmills but they’re boring though, so I make a habit of going on a three mile brisk walk three times a week instead

I find walking boring tbh, but I’ve took to downloading talking books and listening on earphones whilst walking, and the miles just pass by.
A random variety too, …Ken Bruce’s life story, Kevin Keegan’s new book, and the latest one the ex SAS guy off the telly, Jason Fox’s story.
An ordinary book takes me ages to get through.
Yes. Have you ever tried LibriVox Audio books, it’s an app on the play store, they have audio books on a whole range of topics, it’s all free too
