Not legal as reduced 4 times in the week
If he’s driving a van, he’ll be fine. If he’s driving a vehicle with a tacho, he’s in the doodoo…

Not quite. You can have as long a rest as you like, once you go over 13 hours you are on a reduced rest. The 11 hours has to be in the 24 hours from your shift start, not after you shift finish. But you knew that…

I’ve just come back on the road after a good few years so I am just getting my head back in to things even after doing my cpc what rest would make him legal ■■

an 11 hour rest after Tuesday’s 13 hours would keep you, sorry, him, legal on those hours.

'kin ell and people like him say they don’t need the DCPC…
Monday is a reduced daily rest, ■■■■■.
Maybe he’s managed a minimum 3 hour rest during each shift in which case where’s the problem?
But more than likely this is one of those simple cases of neither the driver nor the ‘boss’ has got a clue what they are doing.

Depends if he’s had 3 hours off during the day Monday
if hes looking to change jobs, get him over here and he could get a start as a shunter if hes prepared to put in a few more hours…
68 hours straight off, and then the possibility of a “day six” as well. FFS
