Can any one tell me why some people get huge rewards for being crap at their jobs?
I am talking about Directors of big companies, football managers, heads of quangos and the like. If ordinary people do a crap job they get a bollocking or the sack, not a ■■■■■■ golden handshake. Why?
The worst ones are the fraudsters and theives who steal thousands from their company and when finaly descovered they quietly resign and walk into another top job because their old company dont want bad publicity. I once worked for a company where the manager fraudulently took over £100,000. When it was descovered they closed our dept. down and cost 6 jobs. He got away without prosecution and dropped straight in as a manager in another transport co.
What a retarded system we have.
It’s known as The Old Boy network, rife in British politics and at the top end of the business world, where they all have their parasitic snouts in the trough, and are looked after by each other, usually at the expense and detriment of workers at the sharp end who get the other and ■■■■■■ end of the stick.
You don’t need Licences, GCSE’s, Degrees, Experience…
