I get that bus and taxi drivers have to wear them by law, I also get it when there are 2 cautious people in a car, but car drivers wearing them when sat in a car on their own? :

I’ve said before that single occupancy vehicles with the driver wearing a mask is reminiscent of a single person wearing a condom for bed.
However, in the interests of balance they merely look odd but are not hurting anyone and if it makes them feel better then so be it.
