Totally agree I’ve learnt old school and am glad off it after listening to the do’s and dont’s during my first 14 hours cpc I wonder how we’d get any work done at all.

I struggled to adapt to working for a big company. I still don’t understand why they won’t let me have gaffer tape, cable ties and at least one ratchet and strap.
Had to wait over an hour the other day for someone to come and change an airline for me because I’m not to be trusted with spanners :frowning:
But then, it’s their truck and if they don’t want it earning you just have to sit still and take their money. :slight_smile:

A no cable ties or gaffer near my truck! But I know what u mean one place I tip at they won’t even let there drivers change a bulb I don’t think I could handle a day somewhere else filling out risk assessments everytime I turn the sodden key.
