Hello everybody, first thing I appreciate UK country and all stuff in accordance with transport, rules etc. Well I am a foreign hgv driver and I am ■■■■■■ off with the actual company where I working now because all time goes worse. I decided to call maritime and the human resources mate was happy to give me a interview appointment. Well that is good but I am thinking about driving assesment if is difficult or not. Some experienced drivers fail it. He doesn’t tell me to make driving assesment only interview… I have RHD car buyed from london and I was drive in UK a lot of times, I wish to have succes and start working there. Somebody knows the interview proccess? I was looking for reviews about assesments and nobody seems to fail it. I think to have a family in uk not stay as tramper in europe and weekends home. Uk women have a funny accent too

Well what does it mean exactly? In youtube I saw a lot of dummyes drivers scratching mirrors and driving like drunk in the road then should be easy to get in. Well that doesn’t mean i’m like them driving

Turn up with a tidy appearance & sound knowledge of the basic regs, drive the truck competently & in a way that would achieve a good Microlise score and you’ll probably get a job.
Same as any other blue chip outfit really. Especially, the Microlise bit (eco driving).

Thank you fella, all time thinkig in that f… driving assesment not fail pass it jajaja because other experienced drivers fails european of course. Hope be lucky there ill do my best
Not a given that the place you are interested working in will be any better than where you are now, but any job will do to get you established here, then you can look around.
