You said you wouldn’t be recording them (presumably because they are “non driving” days). My point was that for the other 4 or 5 days in that week, you will presumably be driving, so you will need to record the “non-driving” days as well.

If you do any in-scope driving on any day in a fixed week, then you are required to record all your work for all days in that week. By the letter of the Regs, these records should be handwritten on charts or printouts (or keyed into the digi tacho by means of the “manual input” facility). So, unless your DCPC module takes all week (or you have “non-driving” days for the remainder of that week) you’ll still have to record the time as Other Work. That’s the point I was trying to make.
