Hi all looking for info on pay etc on mansell Davies west Wales ideally on the tanker side many thanks
Not the info like you were looking but i see they are over here in Ireland regularly mainly in the north and on the main M1 heading for Dublin,i dont really see them anywhere else in Ireland.
So are you interspersing Welsh milk with stout, Bigrig?
There’s a nasty rumour about that I will, one day, make a sensible post.
But don’t hold your breath
Wages not good, 6 pound something an hour if i remember correctly. Tipped with two of there lads in Glanbia Angleysea. Now the work was handy they just picked up trailers around wales that the rigids had filled and brought them to the creamerys. Remember meeting another one in Freshways London so you will get about. Depends what they put you on i suppose. Hope this helps.

I used to bump into these lads in France and Belgium, great lads to be with, who never mentioned the money.
Couldn’t tell you what they’re paying now, but traditionally they have been poor payers. same as the firm in LLanelli. if you are a driver in west wales your choice of employer is limited so they don’t tend to pay that well.
Faced with no alternative, I’d do it. better to be working than not.
