The ‘S’ in MANAÅž should have a stroke through the bottom of the letter, like a sedilla.
I have long wondered what sort of a drive-line these had, engine / gearbox wise, but I have never found any answers. Perhaps someone can tell us more (especially about gearboxes). They are clearly derived from versions of the F8 and we know about the engines and ZF or Fuller 'boxes found in those, but we’re in no position to make assumptions!
As they utilised the old Bussing cab, they were actually quite attractive lorries on the road. And very photogenic on TIR-work! So I’ll stimulate the thread with some pictures, as usual.

There appear to have been two sorts of cab. Here are some pics I took of the earlier design in Istanbul and Iskenderun in the '90s. Robert
And here are some I took near Iskenderun and Alanya, showing the ‘newer’ Bussing cab. Robert
Now here’s the icing on the cake: a high-roofed MANAÅž!! Robert
UZUN ARAḈ!
Many thanks to Sammyopposite for discretely PM-ing me to tell me how to put the sedillas on my Turkish letters - something I’d not yet learnt to do. That’s one of the many joys of TNUK: all the little tricks to make life easier, that bloggers quietly ‘PM’ to each other. I’ve benefitted from this rather special nicety on several occasions now. Robert
Got a good lead from Unterflur on the Astran thread, so here some data sheets. Robert
Hey Robert, nice brochure, always liked the Büssing cab, good suspension, spacy and weren’t bad.
Eric,

Hey Johnnie, nice reply, pitty our knowledge has become needless, and if we reach our eighties and tell a story of doing a trip in an F88 from Zeebrugge to Madrid in one move to a nurse. they will handcuff us because of alzheimer’s disease
We last were trying to upstart our new TV for hours, as the grandchild fixed it in a few minutes.
Eric,
Maybe the nurse won’t handcuff us if we miss out the bit about having a leisurely bottle of wine with our lomo & ensalata for lunch at Miguels on the N1. Happy days!
Robert
