I have a man tgx 26.480 that has had a engine rebuild due to no 1 piston failure, have replaced all 6 pistons did about 1000 miles then turbo starting making noise changed both turbo’s now have a knock which sounds like diesel knock have had injectors replaced and coded in any ideas at where to go next would be great. only happens when pulling away and when blipping throttle when standing still it drives well apart from this noise

A Volvo or Scania dealer. 
This is a favourite with the diesel Transit. The crankshaft damper starts breaking up and sounds just like a serious engine knock when pulling away, blipping the throttle and sometimes as load is applied after over-run. Have a good look and poke about.

Define ‘engine rebuild’ ?.Are you confident it was done properly with replacement of all the required parts obviously not just new pistons.
Yes job was done correctly all new shells, rings, and new liner in number 1 piston. Have had injectors back out replaced no 6 as noise seems so be from that cylinder. Still the same but doubting the injector still
Been out on a test drive exhaust brake is not working properly could this point to a knackered valves
