I have MAN TGX 18.440 year 2012, Using for car carrier, had a flashing yellow engine light on for now and a message displayed saying emission control system fault after driving for 10mins or so.
What can go wrong if stays on… thanks

I would think the vehicle will eventually go into limp mode which basically derates your engine to half power so 220hp in your case. Very expensive repair on them potentially or you can risk getting the adblue removed for about £400 which stops the vehicle using adblue for the rest of its life.

Dosing Module without a doubt. Crystallised adblu in it. Easy enough job to replace. Dont bother cleaning it out its Knackered if Crystallised.
Have you been filling ad blue from a pump or bottles?
