hi squiddy , to adjust seat there is a button on the floor near the seat and you need to put your foot on it and hopefully your problem solved
on floor right hand side of seat. Raised bump like an old floor dipswitch. Easier pressed with heel of right foot.

Sorry for resurrecting an old thread but does anyone know if there is an alternative to the heel button to adjust the steering wheel.
My truck does have the button it’s just that it doesn’t work. So I’m wondering if there is some sort of override option.
Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated.
If its the slightly newer man, then should be on the dash just to the left of the steering wheel. Highly likely the decal has rubbed off.
Thanks for the suggestion, I will have a look tomorrow and fingers crossed it will have the button.
