Dunno.
How big is the fridge? Could there be a -10deg section and a +4 section close by each other I wonder?
Other truck fridges can be used as a freezer, just, but they are still only one compartment, and so not combined fridge/freezer.
Mine doesn’t but it you put stuff close to the fridge sides its not far off.
