Its because there is a recall on all MAN units 6 leggers, the drop axle has been known to cease up whilst driving, they put the yellow nut covers on so people can see that they have been done !!!
Always like a MAN that keeps his nuts covered !!!
This was thought to be the cause of the lorry fire in the Bryn glas tunnel last year. If the yellow nut covers melt and fall off you know its time to get out and run.
