MAN air suspension problem

Hello all. started my truck this evening and rear axle lifted to full height. it wont go down and remote is working ok. Anyone know a quick fix or what problem is. Thanks

If the truck has digital counters for suspension control(a thin steel bar bolted to the axle and linked to sensors mounted on the chassis either side)disconnect the electrical plug to one of the sensors and the suspension will drop to default ride height.

Usually caused by over topping when the tractor pulls from under a trailer. The suspension bags expand and the chassis rises too high and puts the counters outside their parameter settings so it locks out.
Once it drops reconnect the sensor.

Other possible fault is the suspension tank protection valve sticking and not allowing enough air into the tank.Unless the tank has 10 bar of pressure in it the suspension just locks out to protect itself.

Yes MAN do have the same crucifix digital sensor as Mercedes, they are really just a cheap and cheerful copy. Just pull the plug to initiate a fault and the system goes into default,it resets and away ya go.

Load of wabco crap really.

wheres your CPC training gone here ?
a man underneath a truck pulling wires etc and causing a possible drop in chassis height ?
"a little knowledge, etc,) comes to mind.
thanks for the tip tho.
