I have just been looking at their website, and I have downloaded application form, could anybody tell me what they are like to work for and do they pay decent money for nights, many thanks in advance.

Only thing I know is what I heard from a guy I used to work with, they haven’t opted out of the 10 hour night shift working hours and use POA a lot 
I dont know owt about malcolms apart from its good tackle and the drivers seem a descent bunch of lads 
I’m sure last time I looked in to it a few years ago the money was a set amount for nights no matter how many hours you worked can’t remember the exact amount but if you went over 12 hours it made it very poor.
