As far as I am aware everybody is entitled to 8 Bank Holidays per year.
Where I work Scotland, we get 2 Christmas/2 New Year/2 Easter and 2 May. Total 8.
English get 2 Christmas/1 New Year/2 Easter/2 May/ 1 August. Total 8
No trickery here, we all get the same number of Bank Holidays.
Your right mate looks like there all swapped about to even its self out.
But back to the the topic the night men do get 10hrs max whatever what they do so it looks like job and knock i know all day men complaian about nightmen but the lads at Gatanby moan with a passion about them dont know what the hourly rate is surly someone on here must work nights for them ,with it being a small outfit

I just hate places where everybody knows each other.i dont have that problem in glasgow as we all hate each other with a passion.when i was in sanquhar the police didnt want to arrest anybody as they need to make a 30 mile return trip if they did.i was at xfest and few weeks ago,the women a dirty there lol
