Blimey, i wasn’t expecting this much of a response. The disciplinary went well. The M.D. came down from Manchester to attend the disciplinary and while doing so he got to review the whole situation at our london depot. Needless to say we now have our own route manager for london and the south east and by doing so our loads have got better because we were able to complete all deliveries. The only thing is that to achieve all this a driver ,me in this case, had to put his job on the line. If only there had been better communication.
