Its like a car park traffic line says 8 miles of stationary traffic oh when will I get home.

was caused by them closing all 4 lanes down to one lane at the top of the hill before junc 22…5 cars were on the hard shoulder broken down…there installing the average speed cameras and marking the lanes out ready for the road works to start…absolute ■■■■■■ joke.i got caught on my way to unilever leeds,luckily i was early leaving because i lost 45 minutes in it
