Morning
I was southbound yesterday morning and couldn’t help notice the amount of newspapers that was scattered all down the hard shoulder , up against the barrier in lane 3 and in the trees, anybody else notice it.
I’m guessing accident or partial lost load

Yes I noticed that too! Just before then, there was a load of rubbish that looked like it may have been dropped down the bank from above. I was just thinking it was not only a disgrace, but also dangerous to have stuff flying about. Then I started noticing all these papers or flyers - went on for miles…
There was a rigid on the hard shoulder Sat morning with loads of what looked like paper all over lanes 1 and 2 plus tons along the barrier. Curtains were both gone and frame was twisted so guessing nothing secured with internals (couldn’t see any hanging). HATOs were on scene at the time.
Someone certainly not having the best Saturday but police were busy with a tanker further north that required 3 fire engines (not sure why).
Not a clue why it ended up in that state unless it had to swerve.
