M6 north shut j12 . Brings back memories traffic like this lol.
But serious it’s shut I’ve hardly moved for 20 mins approaching j12. Been no traffic on radio or anything to say otherwise I’d of come off at m54
Suspect it was this accident. Looks like truck had a crash with a car, then truck catches fire. Can’t work out what company or even what trailer it was.

Found this article which has more pics inc the blaze at full swing. Probably a fridge by looks pf things. Hopefully all got out, cant find info from CMPG.

From the pics it looks like that section is clear of the roadworks although a 50 sign took a beating so must be close.

Well at least he’ll no longer have any manual defrost concerns.
