Just wondering what was going on around 2 ish near junction 1? 2 wagons a van and a car on hard shoulder but all drivers out and no damage!

not sure on that one, but southbound just post junction 9, police car on hard shoulder, police officers in the verge, and the helicopter landed in a nearby field?
