Really? the travelling community would do it quicker, cheaper and do a better job than the HA.
On a similar note why do most drivers of HGVs and cars drive at 30mph or less thru single lane motorways roadworks■■? if its coned down to 2 lanes everyone is flat out 
The whole job involved is to resurface from Junction 6 North to the M42, and vice versa from the M42 to Junction 6 South over a 3 month period.

On a similar note why do most drivers of HGVs and cars drive at 30mph or less thru single lane motorways roadworks■■? if its coned down to 2 lanes everyone is flat out
And why do the basts hog the middle lane (3 reduced width lanes still open) at a 40mph procession in the roadworks, when I am wanting to get back home on a Saturday morning. 
And why do truckers still use the width limit lane 2, narrowly missing my mirrors, AND when I am still sat at max limit in lane 1?
