Think M5 closed again tonight between Bridgwater South and North traffic was really bad there last night thinks its closed again tomorrow (Thurs) as well, no way round it even if you come off at Taunton going North you still have top go through Bridgwater, doesnt help that they are working on the traffic lights in town as well.

I find its the last set of lights heading south where you turn Left by the garage. People passing on the DC then getting over at the last min don’t help but the lights only allow something like 3 or 4 through before changing …
Yes they dont allow too many through although some seemed to ignore it Mon night saw at least 3 go through on the red also doesnt help its quite a tight turn now that they have dug the road up. If your coming North to South be advised 4 sets of lights after 3rd set left lane is closed so get over nice and early. Once you clear the 4th set on the left turn not too bad a run back to the motorway.
