Services (quite small one) and 3 laybys (not the best laybys in the world) or truck park (good by all accounts though not needed it myself) at J24, few minutes drive from 23 would be your best bet I would of thought, should easily get there in 15.
Dunball Wharf.
On A38 heading for Highbridge, at the roundabout for the A39 and the M5, turn left and you’ll have Brookridge Timber in front of you. Anywhere in there is fine for the night.
