t’was a bit of a mess though!
Just let the drivers drive over it all and a bit of rain, the resulting mush will just wash away. Looks like its doing quite a good job so far.

If the stuff spilled out the back of a lorry is somehow “dodgy refuse” - can’t you be done for fly tipping?
I heard on traffic report this morning that they had to keep it closed until a structural engineer had checked site,don’t know if the bridge suffered any damage

That would explain why the near side of the lorry is damaged I suppose.
