M40 J10/A43 Junction

I know that the Southbound sliproad from the A43 was removed and you now use the Cherwell Valley sliproad to go South but I’ve seen loads of lorry drivers slam on their brakes when they realise that the slip they want has “vanished.” Do they not read the signs and the road ahead and just rely on their sat navs? I saw a box jockey yesterday literally anchor up with his indicator on at the spot where the old road was buried, nearly caused a shunt with some close following cars.

You seem to forget lorry drivers are exempt from making mistakes. It does not count and they cannot be blamed.
It is just car drivers and any other type of driver that are allowed to be critisised. God help any car driver that makes a mistake.
The abuse is endless.

Re my post about the box jockey anchoring up because the road his crapnav wanted him to take had disappeared; One of the main reasons they rebuilt that junction was to stop box jockeys falling over on the roundabout.

People rarely take notice of advance signeage or directions painted on the roads. The reasons could be many but my theory is that because the sat nav hasn’t told them what lane they need to be in they are in a state of bewilderment.
