J13-12 South accident. Huge tailback at around 6am this morning? What was the issue? Ta.
Im going on a whim here and going to say the issue was an accident 
A pound coin fell out of a HATO’s pocket and rolled into lane 1.
Lane closures and diversions while they looked for it.
Torrential rain earlier so I’m guessing there was an accident.
