can j5 of the m4 be used instead of j4b with a double decker to avoid queues coming off the m4 to join m25. looked on truckers map and the A4 has a bridge 7ft 9in is this correct. Many thanks.
Yes. Go down A4 past the riverside cafe. Right on to stanwell moor road and then right on the A3113 to rejoin the m25 at J14
No problems using the A4 from J5, follow A4 towards Heathrow for a couple of miles, cross over the motorway and turn right at the lights, right at the second roundabout leads you to the M25 at J14. Traffic on the A4 can be bad as well if the M4/M25 junction is queuing so may not save you much time to be honest.
Wouldn’t be the first time i’ve stayed on the M4, gone past the lot to the Heathrow Spur jct, round the roundabout and back to M25.
you can also go straight on at the second roundabout down to the A30 turn right and get on M25 there or go straight down the A 308 which will take you to J 1 of the M3

You can go off at junction 14 of the M25, take the A3113 towards Heathrow terminal 4 & cargo, then left at the roundabout onto the A3044, go over the next roundabout then left at the lights onto the A4 towards Slough which takes you to M4 junction 5. There’s no low bridge on any of those roads.
Just as an aside… I’ve always ■■■■■■■ hated that area.
