A man has been charged by police after three people were fatally injured in a crash on the M26 in Kent in April.
Juraj Orsula, 45, from Slovakia, is accused of causing death by dangerous driving and three counts of causing injury by dangerous driving.
A 54-year-old French man died several days after the crash. His daughters aged 22, and 16 died at the scene.
Mr Orsula was bailed and is due to appear at Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court on 5 December.
The five-vehicle crash happened on the London-bound carriageway of the M26, near Kemsing on 16 April.
It involved two lorries, a van, a Nissan car and a Mini.
Eight people were injured, including three who were seriously hurt, Kent Police said.

I cant see him turning up, and this happens time and time again because the idiots running our judicial system give them Bail…if they held them until the court case they would then be charged appropriatley…this also happens with illegals when they charge them with being in the country illegally and then let them go with restrictions to report daily…of course theyre gonna make a run for it rather than be deported or in the drivers case charged. A father and two young members of his family were killed, and someone should be locked up in a prison, our legal system is bang out of order.
